We ship directly from our farms in Bogotá, Colombia and Quito, Ecuador, using the FedEx International Three Day service. All prices include freight to your door.
We can only ship products to United States addresses – sorry, no P.O. Boxes or foreign orders.
Our three-day service is effective to any US address for which FedEx offers a domestic next-day service. This means that in some of the more remote areas your shipment will take an extra day. Orders can not be canceled once confirmed with the farm.
Shipping Schedule: Your box is custom picked and packed to your specifications on the day you place your order, hydrated overnight in a cooler, and shipped the next day. It will spend the next 2 business days in transit via the new FedEx International Temperature-controlled Express Service, and arrive at its destination on the third day.
The earliest lead times that are available are:
Order placed Sunday, Friday arrival
Order placed Monday, Friday arrival
Order placed Tuesday, next Tuesday arrival
Order placed Wednesday, next Tuesday arrival
Order placed Thursday, next Tuesday arrival
Orders placed Friday, next Wednesday arrival
Orders placed Saturday, next Thursday arrival
You can place orders for future shipping up to 10 weeks into the future.
