Refunds & Returns Policy
We take the best possible care of your product at time of harvest and during shipping. All product is picked and packed to your specifications, then processed and hydrated immediately after harvest. Your order is then packed, pre-cooled and delivered to the FedEx facility. We endeavor to make sure everything is perfect, and we rely on you to continue this level of care after you receive your roses. Please visit our Cut Rose Care page for more information.
We’re proud of our quality and stand behind our product, but to protect our farms, we do have stringent policies in place for credit requests.
- You must make any quality claims for product within 24 hours of receipt. Please inspect your shipment carefully when you receive it.
- You can address your requests to credits@flourishroses.com. Please include your name and invoice number, date and time of receipt, and your reason for dis-satisfaction.
- We require digital pictures showing any damage or quality issues.
- Although FedEx guarantees their delivery times, this is something that is beyond our control. In the event that your shipment does arrive later than promised, we will gladly credit the $40 FedEx shipping charge per standard box ($20 per half box) which is built in to pricing at your request. You remain responsible for the remainder of product cost.
- You must also have followed through with appropriate care of your product after receipt as listed in our rose care information.
